Zidisha uses Telerivet to communicate with borrowers in Kenya, follow up about loan applications and repayment status, and to check references for new loan applicants. Zidisha's staff and volunteers use Telerivet's web-based tools to send, view, and organize hundreds of SMS messages every day.
