Third-Party Data Processors

Telerivet uses the third-party data processors listed below to carry out specific processing activities related to the personal data of Telerivet users and/or their contacts.

The list of third-party processors may be updated from time to time. Please visit this page periodically so that you will be apprised of any changes.

Intercom User data: Name, email, IP address Telerivet uses Intercom to contact users who meet certain criteria via email or in-app messages, as well as to gain insight about usage of the service. US
Help Scout User data: Name, email, phone number, content of support requests Telerivet uses Help Scout to provide a shared inbox for Telerivet's support team. Certain profile information of users who submit support requests is displayed within Help Scout to provide Telerivet's support team with additional context when replying to support requests. US
Twilio SendGrid User data: Name, email; personal data contained in transactional emails Telerivet uses SendGrid to send transactional emails to Telerivet users, such as billing emails, password resets, and email notifications. US
Mailgun User data: Name, email; personal data contained in transactional emails Telerivet may use Mailgun as a backup provider for sending transactional emails to Telerivet users, as an alternative to SendGrid. US
Mailchimp User data: Name, email, IP address Telerivet uses Mailchimp to send non-transactional emails to Telerivet users, such as newsletters, updates, or promotions related to the Telerivet service. US
Sift Science User data: Name, email, billing address, IP address Telerivet uses Sift Science to detect and block payments that are potentially fraudulent or usage that may violate Telerivet's Terms of Service. US
Google Workspace User data: Name, email, IP address, personal data contained in support requests Telerivet uses Google Workspace to provide email services and collaborative document editing software for its employees and contractors. Certain Telerivet employees and contractors receive email notifications of user activity and support requests which may contain user personal data. User personal data may also be present in private Google Workspace documents created for internal use of Telerivet's staff. US
Google Analytics User IP address, anonymous cookie ID Telerivet uses Google Analytics to track statistics about visitors to the Telerivet website. US
Google AdWords User IP address, anonymous cookie ID After a user visits Telerivet's website, Telerivet may use Google AdWords to show advertisements for Telerivet when the user visits other websites. US
Tarsnap Encrypted user and contact data Telerivet uses Tarsnap to store encrypted backups which include user and contact personal data. However, all encryption and decryption occurs on Telerivet's servers in the European Union. Tarsnap does not have the encryption keys itself. US
Datadog User data: IP address, user ID; Contact and user data that may appear in URLs or server log files Telerivet uses Datadog to store and analyze Telerivet's server log files. US
Asana User data: name, email, IP address, personal data contained in support requests Telerivet uses Asana to provide project and task management software for its employees and contractors. Some user information may be stored within Asana tasks when a Telerivet employee or contractor needs to do something related to a particular user. US
Slack User data: name, email, IP address, personal data contained in support requests Telerivet uses Slack to provide internal communication software for its employees and contractors. Certain Telerivet employees and contractors receive Slack notifications of user activity, support requests, and assigned tasks, which may contain user personal data. US
HubSpot User data: name, email, phone number, IP address, personal data contained in communications with Telerivet Telerivet uses HubSpot to track conversations between users and Telerivet's employees and contractors; to send non-transactional emails to Telerivet users, such as newsletters, updates, or promotions related to the Telerivet service; and to collect user registration information via landing pages. In addition, Telerivet may transmit personal data to other third-party data processors depending on the specific features or payment methods used in your Telerivet account. If you do not wish for personal data to be transmitted to the processors listed below, simply avoid using the corresponding features or payment methods.

Payment card information is stored securely on Stripe's servers. In countries where Telerivet collects VAT ID numbers, Telerivet also uses Stripe to validate the provided VAT ID number. US
PayPal User data: Name, email, phone number, billing address For users who pay for Telerivet with a personal PayPal account, PayPal shares certain personal data with Telerivet's PayPal account. US
Intuit User data: Name, email address For users who pay for Telerivet with a personal PayPal account or bank transfer, certain personal data may be stored in Telerivet's bookkeeping software. US
DTOne (formerly known as TransferTo) Contact phone number When using the Airtime Transfer feature, Telerivet will transmit the specified contact phone numbers to DTOne in order to send airtime to those contacts. Singapore
Vonage (formerly known as Nexmo) User/contact phone number

When using the Number Insight feature, Telerivet will transmit contact phone numbers to Vonage in order to look up information about that phone number.

When using two-factor authentication via SMS or voice calls, Telerivet will transmit the user's phone number to Vonage in order to send the authentication code.

Firebase (Google) Contact name and phone number; personal data in message content When using notifications in the Telerivet mobile apps for Android or iOS, the contact's name and phone number and the message content will be transmitted to Firebase Cloud Messaging in order to push the notification to your mobile phone. Apple Contact name and phone number; personal data in message content When using notifications in the Telerivet mobile app for iOS, Telerivet will transmit the notification content via Apple Push Notification Service in order to push the notification to your mobile phone. US
Filestack Personal data in attachments to support requests or multimedia messages For users who upload files as attachments to support requests or multimedia messages (MMS), Filestack will store the file and make it available for authorized entities to download via a secure temporary link. US

In addition, Telerivet may use various third-party providers to send and receive messages or calls. These third-party providers have access to the phone numbers as well as any personal data included in the content of any messages or calls transmitted via that provider. Different Telerivet users may use different third-party providers to transmit messages or calls. The third-party provider(s) used in your account are listed on the "Routes" page in your Telerivet account.

When using Telerivet to send or receive messages or calls via a third-party provider, Telerivet may share the user's name and email address with that third-party provider.
